Character-Culture-Citizenship Guides 14 - Safety first
I'll be honest, I don't really understand this particular Character-Culture-Citizenship poster. Is the mouse supposed to be cautious while getting the cheese? Or are people supposed to be safe and set out lots of traps?

    I think the ambiguity of some of the posters is what makes them so endearing. I'm still trying to figure out the Roosevelt one. Like you, I have no idea what this one means. The mouse actually looks pretty sinister.

    I know. I love that the posters are half the story, or the starting point to one, that way you get to make up the rest with most of them
