I agree! The pull downs are one of my favorites and the Moe lights are special. I've had a couple of pull downs in the store (not Moes) but they sell really quickly!
I own the blue pulldown shown in the very first picture. And I often find myself in that "thinker" type pose just like the model in the first picture. OK, just kidding. I do own the pulldown, but not the pose :-) I suppose if there were a pose that went along with the pulldown ... well, the first time I saw the blue pulldown, I did something more akin to a Tex Avery wolf. Although the pulldown obviously is not a vivacious blond or brunette, the reaction was very similar. I was slobbering all over the place! OK, just kidding again :-) Anyway, I've got my pulldown in pieces right now, but shall be re-assembling it soon once everything is cleaned and the light is completely rewired. Unfortunately / fortunately, I own way too much lighting and go through the teardown / clean / rewire / reassemble routine with almost everything I find on eBay or wherever. Gives me peace of mind to do all of that, but also puts grey hairs in my head to do all that because I end up having stuff scattered about pretty much everywhere and then need to re-trace where I put everything so I can do the reassemble. I'm glad I found this post as the catalog and pictures are perfect for me as reference when I do reassemble. Thank you.
I'd love to have one of those pulldowns!
ReplyDeleteI think any home could be improved by one of those pulldowns, or any of the honeycomb lights.

ReplyDeleteI just scored a tangerine / gold UFO pull down from Rory Calhoun's estate. I'm going to rewire it and install it somewhere in the house. :)

ReplyDeleteIf you ever find yourself rewiring / reassembling any of the tangerine-gold lights that aren't pulldowns, I'd probably be interested.
DeleteDo you have any blue green pendants?????
DeleteI found a mow lampshade. It has item number 312525. Can you tell me anything about it?
ReplyDeleteI can't find anything based on the item number alone. If you email me some photos I might be able to tell you more about it.
DeleteI found a emerald blue and green retractable light
